手术治疗外伤性膝关节脱位的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究分析膝关节脱位使用手术治疗的临床效果。方法根据我院2010至2014年的41外伤性膝关节脱位患者来进行研究,根据患者的临床治疗效果和评定结果进行分析。结果患者经过治疗后,在三个月和一年后分别进行了随访调查,使用Shelboume评分标准,共有9例患者为优秀,17例良好,12例一般,3例差,总体的优良率是63.41%。结论膝关节脱位临床中并不多见,患者因受到了强大的外力作用而受伤,一般还会并发神经血管受损情况,所以临床中的早期诊断和治疗对患者的康复非常重要,手术治疗后还需接受康复训练来促进功能的恢复。Objective To study the clinical effect of analysis using the operation treatment of dislocation of knee joint. Methods To carry out research according to our hospital from 2010 to 2014 of 41 patients with traumatic dislocation of the knee joint, were analyzed according to the clinical treatment effect and evaluation of results. Results The patients after treatment, three months and one year after respectively were followed up survey, using Shelboume score standard, a total of 9 patients were excel ent, 17 cases good, 12 cases of general, and 3 cases poor, the excel ent and good rate overal was 63.41%. Conclusion Knee dislocation clinical rare, patients because of the strong external force and wounded, the general wil be complicated by nerve and blood vessel damage, so the early clinical diagnosis and treatment is very important in the rehabilitation of patients after operation treatment, stil need to accept rehabilitation training to promote the recovery of function.
