摘　　要：确报是铁路运输组织中最重要的基础信息之一,是编组站作业、卸车预报、车流调整等工作必不可少的信息。计算机确报信息系统的上马,代替了铁路原有的电报确报的传输模式,大大提高了确报传输的准确性、及时性和完整性,同时,它对完善铁路运输组织,加快铁路信息现代化建设,尽早实现科技转化为生产力都具有重要的现实意义。Consist is the one of the most important base information in railway transportation which is indispensable information for operating on station and for adjusting of the flow of cars. The Consist Information System that is instead of original tele-consitst improve veracity and integrality about transferring consists, and has very important effect on accelerating the building about railway information dindustry.
