摘　　要：随着医院现代化管理不断深化，病案管理作为现代医院管理的重要组成部分，也在新的形势下与时俱进。本文结合我院病案管理工作的实践，分析目前医院病案管理的变化，进一步阐述新形势下医院病案管理向病案信息管理过渡的必然趋势。With deepening hospital management modernization, medical record management as an important part of hospital management modernization ＇also keeps pace with the times. The thesis analyzed the hospital medical record management practice, the change of the hospital medical record management, and states the necessary transition from medical record to medical record information management in the new circumstances.
