摘　　要：一个优秀的医院不但要有一流的领导，一流的员工，更要有优秀文化。先进的医院文化是医院进步和发展的内动力，同时先进的医院文化也是一种先进的现代化管理方式和方法。因此，医院文化建设的关键是，寻找到具备可操作性的载体，在潜移默化中，构建起符合自身特质的优秀医院文化。天津市眼科医院在多年的文化建设过程，进行了很多的摸索，也积累了一些经验，在此与大家分享。The important factors for an excellent hospital include not only the great leadership and excellent staff, but also outstanding culture. Advanced hospital culture is the internal power of the progress and development of the hospital, while it is also an advanced modern management methods. Therefore, the key for the hospital culture construction is looking for operable carrier to build the outstanding hospital culture in line with their own traits imperceptibly. During our cultural construction, the Tianjin Eye Hospital has done a lot of exploration and accumulated some experience. I would share them here.
