异维A酸联合一清软胶囊治疗中重度痤疮60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察短程口服异维A酸软胶囊和一清软胶囊治疗中重度痤疮的疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的110例中重度痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组60例采用口服异维A酸软胶囊和一清软胶囊治疗,对照组50例采用口服罗红霉素和维生素B6治疗。两组患者均同时外用莫匹罗星软膏,疗程均为6周。结果:经过6周治疗,治疗组有效率为88.3%,对照组有效率为66.0%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:采用口服异维A酸软胶囊和一清软胶囊治疗中重度痤疮较采用口服罗红霉素和维生素B6治疗中重度痤疮疗效更好。Objective： TQ observe the efficacy of combination of isotretinoin and Yiqing soft capsules for the treatment of moderate to severe ache. Methods： 110 patients diagnosed of ache were randomly devided into two groups. Group A （treatment group） was treated by the combination of isotretinoin and Yiqing soft capsules. Group B （control group） was treated by Roxithromycin and Vitamin B6 for 6 months. Meanwhile, both groups were treated by topical mupirocin ointment. Results： After 6-month treatment, the efficiency of treatment group was 88.3%, and the efficiency of control group was 66.0%. Combination of isotretinoin There was a significant difference between these two groups （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion： and Yiqing soft capsules are more effective than Roxithromycin and Vitamin B6 for the treatment of moderate to severe acne
