痔疮熏洗液的质量考察

摘　　要：目的：制定痔疮熏洗液的质量标准。方法：用薄层色谱法定性鉴别功劳木、苦参和黄柏;采用高效液相色谱法同时测定痔疮熏洗液中盐酸小檗碱和苦参碱含量,色谱柱：WondaSil Superb C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相：乙腈-甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液（pH6.8）-三乙胺（22∶22∶70∶0.1）,检测波长：220 nm,流速：1.0ml·min^-1,柱温：30℃。结果：薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰;盐酸小檗碱和苦参碱的线性范围分别为5.8-92.8 mg·L^-1（r=0.999 9）,6.4-102.4 mg·L^-1（r=0.999 9）,平均加样回收率（n=9）分别为98.17%,97.57%,RSD分别为1.57%,1.42%。结论：定性定量分析方法快速、准确、专属性强,本法可控制痔疮熏洗液的质量。OBJECTIVE To establish quality standards of Hemorrhoid fumigant.METHODS TLC was used to identify Caulis Mahoniae,Sophora Flavescens and Cortex Phellodendri,and HPLC was used to determinate the contents of Berberine hydrochloride and matrine.WondaSil Superb C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）was used as chromatographic column,acetonitrilemethanol-phosphate buffer（pH6.8）-triethylamine（22∶22∶70∶0.1）as mobile phase,at detection wavelength of 220 nm,flow rate at 1.0ml·min^-1,and column temperatures at 30 ℃.RESULTS TLC spots were clear,resolution was good,without negative interference;linear ranges of berberine hydrochloride and matrine were 5.8-92.8 mg·L^-1（r=0.999 9）and 6.4-102.4mg·L^-1（r=0.999 9）,average recovery rates（n=9）were 98.17% and 97.57%,and RSD values were 1.57% and 1.42%,respectively.CONCLUSION This qualitative and quantitative analysis method is rapid,accurate,reproducible,and can be used as the quality standard of hemorrhoid fumigant.
