复方苦参注射液对胃肠道恶性肿瘤辅助治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究复方苦参注射液辅助放化疗治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的疗效。方法:选择胃肠道肿瘤患者229例,给予常规治疗,采用回顾性非随机对照研究方法,依据不同的癌症种类分为2组。其中结直肠癌组132例,研究组63例选择化疗联合使用复方苦参注射液,对照组69例选择单纯化疗;胃癌组97例,研究组45例选择化疗联合使用复方苦参注射液,对照组52例选择单纯化疗。比较各组患者治疗前后血常规(血红蛋白、血小板、白细胞、淋巴细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞百分比、中性粒细胞绝对值、中性粒细胞百分比)、肝功能(谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、结合胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、γ-谷氨酸转肽酶)、肾功能(血尿素氮、血尿酸、血肌酐)等。结果:与对照组相比,研究组有部分血常规、肝、肾功能指标有所改善,组内差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间无差异(P>0.05),但对不同的指标产生的影响程度不同。结论:选择复方苦参注射液辅助放化疗治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤,有助于降低患者因放化疗产生的毒副作用,提高结直肠癌患者的免疫力,但对患者肝功能的恢复并不明显,能一定程度上保护患者的肾功能。OBJECTIVE To assess the clinical efficacy of Fufang Kushen injection as an adjunctive therapy to chemotherapy of gastrointestinal tumor.METHODS A total of 229 patients with gastrointestinal tumors were selected,and treated with conventional therapy.All patients were divided into two groups according to different malignant tumor types.All patients in treatment group received chemotherapy combined with Fufang Kushen injection,while patients in control group only received chemotherapy.Routine blood test（hemoglobin,blood platelets,white blood cell,absolute value of lymphocyte,lymphocyte percentage,absolute neutrophil count,neutrophil percentage）,hepatic functions（alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,alkaline phosphatase,γ-glutamate-transpeptidase）and renal functions（blood urea nitrogen,serum uric acid,creatinine）,etc.were compared before and after therapy.RESULTS Compared with control group,some parameters（blood routine,liver function,renal function）were significantly improved after therapy（P〈0.05）.There was no significant inter-group difference in the treatment group（P〉0.05）.However the influences on different indicators were slightly different.CONCLUSION The results suggest that Fufang Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy or radiotherapy can decrease the toxicity of radiotherapy or chemotherapy,and improve the immunity in patients with gastrointestinal tumor.It can also partly protect renal functions,but has little improvements on hepatic function.
