摘 要:以羟基苯甲酸和卤代苯为原料,经醚化、酰化和酯化等多步反应合成了5个结构新颖的磺酰二苯醚类化合物,其结构经1H NMR和MS进行了确证。初步生物活性测定结果表明,在2 250 g a.i./hm2的浓度下,化合物8e对刺苋、藜和茼麻等具有100%的抑制活性;在低至37.5 g a.i./hm2的浓度下,对刺苋和藜等仍具有95%以上的抑制活性。5 Novel diphenyl ethers with sulfonyl were synthesized in a multi-step process involving etherification, acylation and esterification etc by using Hydroxy benzoic acid and Halobenzenes as raw material. Their structures were confirmed by MS and 1H NMR spectra. Preliminary bioassay results showed that the compound 8e had 100% activity against A maranthus spinosus, Chenopodium album and A butilon theophrasti etc at a concentration of 2 250 g a.i/hm2, and it also had more than 95% inhibitory activity against A maranthus spinosus and Chenopodium album at 37.5 g a.i/hm2.
