摘 要:为了解成品油管道顺序输送的混油变化规律,以作为混油取样装置设计的指导依据,基于Fluent多相流仿真技术,研究了长直管道、变径管、90度弯管等不同形状管道内的混油变化规律和空气、固体杂质对混油取样的影响。经对比分析,确定了最佳的取样管段为长直管道;将取样支管安装在长直管道侧面,得到的样品更具代表性;在进行取样之前用液力混合器对油品进行混合,可使油品充分混合;在支管安装抽油泵,可提高支管内的油品流速。最后,基于仿真结果提出了一套成品油混油取样装置的设计方案。As the theoretical foundation of mixed oil sampling apparatus, the change rules of the refined oil mixture through pipeline transportation are analyzed,based on Fluent muhi-phase flow simulation technology. The influence of air, existing solid impurity in pipes and different shapes of pipelines, including long pipes, variable diameter pipes and 90-degree bend pipes, are investigated. Detailed comparative analysis shows that the best sampling location is in the long pipe, and the branch pipe should be mounted on the side of the long pipe to guarantee typical samples. Meanwhile, a mixer and a pump are needed to mix the oil before sampling as well as to increase the oil velocity. Finally, a sampling apparatus of refined oil mixture is designed based on the simulation results.
