摘  要:目的探讨脑出血患者血、尿β2-微球蛋白的变化及贝那普利对其的影响,了解贝那普利对脑出血患者肾脏的保护作用。方法将64例脑出血患者随机分成91那普利治疗组(n=32)和对照组(n=32),对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上服用91那普利10-20mg/d,疗程4周,观察治疗前后血压、尿素氮、血肌酐、血及尿β2-微球蛋白的浓度变化。结果贝那普利治疗组治疗后,血、尿β2-微球蛋白明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论贝那普利对脑出血早期肾脏损害具有保护作用。Objective To investigate the changes of blood and urine β2-microglobulin of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and influences of benazapril on it, and to understand functions of protecting renal of Benazapril for patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Sixty-four cases cerebral hemorrhage were divided randomly into treatment group(n = 32) and control group (n = 32). Treatment group was treated with benazapril 10 -20 mg/d on the basis of routine treatment, 4 weeks as a period of treatment. Around treatment, changes of blood pressure, urea nitrogen, blood creatinine, blood and urine β2-microglobulin were observed. Results After treatmen of benazapril group, blood and urine β2-microglobulin descended obviously, and had marked distinction after compared with control group ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Benazapril has protecting functions for cerebral hemorrhage complicated with early kidney injury.
