参附注射液穴位注射治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参附注射液穴位注射治疗慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)的临床疗效。方法:将86例CHF患者随机分为2组各43例,2组均应用西医常规治疗,对照组加用参附注射液静脉滴注,治疗组加用参附注射液穴位注射,2组疗程均为10天,比较治疗前后2组临床症状、体征、氨基末端B型钠利尿肽前体(Nt-pro BNP)水平及心功能。结果:2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗后,2组Nt-pro BNP水平、心脏超声EF值分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组Nt-pro BNP水平、心脏超声EF值组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规治疗的基础上加用参附注射液穴位疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效较满意,值得临床研究。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenfu injection acupoint therapy for chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods： Eighty-six cases of CHF patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 43 cases in each group. Conventional western medicine was applied in both groups. The control group was treated with Shenfu injection by intravenous drip, and the treatment group was treated with Shenfu injection by acupoint injection. The treatment lasted 10 days. The clinical symptoms and signs, N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide（Nt-proBNP） level and Echocardiographic ejection fraction（EF） value were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results： The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was significant（P 〈 0.05）. The difference of Nt-proBNP levels and Echocardiographic EF value in both groups were significant after treatment （P 〈 0.05） as compared with those before treatment. And the differences of the observation indexes between the two groups were significant after treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： On the basis of western conventional therapy, Shenfu injection acupoint therapy has satisfactory effect for the treatment of CHF, and is worthy of clinical research and promotion.
