王孟庸教授治疗肾病综合征用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨王孟庸教授治疗肾病综合征(NS)的用药规律。方法:采用频数统计方法,收集2013年9月—2014年7月到王教授门诊就治的207例NS患者处方资料,进行整理,分析探究王教授治疗NS的学术经验。结果:组方用药规律分析:81味中药使用频次较高的依次是女贞子、黄芪、黄精、甘草、白术、墨旱莲、熟地黄、当归、茯苓、乌梅、牡丹皮、陈皮、山药、猪苓等。所用主要药物种类依次为补虚药、清热药、利水渗湿药、收涩药、活血化瘀药、解表药等。所用药物归经以肾、脾、肝、肺经为主。结论:王教授治疗NS着重治脾、治肾、治肺,补益脾肾、滋阴清热、利水渗湿、收敛固涩、活血化瘀多种治法充分显示了王教授治疗该病的用药特色。Objective. To investigate the medication characteristics of Professor Wang Mengyong in treating nephrotic syndrome（NS）. Methods： Prescription data of 207 NS patients were collected from outpatients admitted by Professor Wang from September 2013 to July 2014. By the methods of frequency statistics, the medication characteristics of Professor Wang in treating NS were analyzed. Results： Eighty-one kinds of Chinese herbs such as Nvzhenzi（Fructus Ligustri Lucidi）, Huangqi（Radix Astragali）, Huangjing（Rhizoma Polygonati）, Gancao（Radix Glycyrrhizae）, Baizhu（Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae）, Mohanlian （Herba Ecliptae）, Shudihuang（Radix Rehmanniae Preparata）, Danggui（Radix Angelicae Sinensis）, Fuling（Poria）, Wumei（Fructus Mume）, Mudanpi（Cortex Moutan）, Chenpi（Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae）, Shanyao（Rhizoma Dioscoreae）, and Zhuling（Polyporus） were used frequently by Professor Wang, and the frequently-used herbs could be classified into types of tonifying deficiency, clearing heat, promoting urination to removing dampness, astringent, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and relieving exterior syndrome, etc. The herbs had the meridial tropism of kidney meridian, spleen meridian, liver meridian and lung meridian. Conclusion： In treating NS, Professor Wang focuses on the treatment of lung, spleen and kidney. The application of therapies of invigorating spleen and kidney, nourishing yin and clearing heat, removing dampness and promoting urination, inducing astringency and arresting discharge, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis reflects the medication characteristics of Professor Wang.
