摘  要:从狭义的土地资源安全方面入手,选取建设用地安全指数和粮食安全指数作为土地资源安全的评价指标,采用城镇化率和非城镇化率为两指标的动态权重,构建土地资源安全评价模型,并在Arc GIS软件技术支持下,对福州市2012年的土地资源安全指数进行了计算.研究结果表明,福州市13个区县中,土地资源处于临界安全状态以上的区县有7个,占国土面积的93.18%,但其中处于临界安全状态的区县就占了4个,占61.13%;处于不安全和极不安全状态的区县有2个,占6.82%.说明福州市土地资源安全整体上处于安全状态,但超过60%的面积处于临界状态,近期仍需采取积极措施保证和提高土地资源的安全状态.From the aspects of land resources security in the narrow sense, the selection of construction land index of safety and food security index as the evaluating index of land resources security. With the urbanization rate and the non urbanization rate of dynamic weights of two indexes, the construction of land resource security evaluations model, and within the support of ArcGIS software, land resource security index on Fuzhou city in 2012 has been calculated. The research results show that the 13 district of Fuzhou city, there are 7 cities' land resources in the above critical safety state, 93.18% of the total land area, and there are 4 cities in the critical security state, accounting for 61.13%. Unsafe and more unsafe state of the district has 2, accounted for 6.82%. Description of land resources security in Fuzhou city on the whole in a safe state, but more than 60% of the area is in a critical state, the near future need to take positive measures to ensure and improve the safety state of land resources.
