摘　　要：为实现U型梁高效连续自动化生产,研发设计了一种新型U型梁物料管理生产线,该生产线运料机构多元化,既可直接给加工设备配料、送料,也可并行给各存储区配料、存储,还可由存储区向加工设备配料、送料;可实现在线、并行、全自动化运行。该生产线占地空间小,并行运行,效率高;自动化连线运行,降低了劳动成本,提高了生产效率。In order to realize the high efficiency continuous automatic production for U-shaped beam, a new material management production line for U-shaped beam has been developed in the text. The transferring mechanism in the line is diversified, which can not only directly distribute and feed material to fabricating equipment or parallel to each storage area, but also distribute and feed material from storage area to fabricating equipment. Online, parallel and full automatic operations can be realized. The product line is small in floor space and in high efficiency during parallel operation. The full automatic operation can lower the labor cost and improve the productivity.
