摘 要:对大落差前轴的精细制坯辊锻成形工艺进行研究,设计出3种精细制坯辊锻件,模拟出最优精细制坯辊锻件,然后用逆推的方法设计出第二道次和第一道次制坯辊锻件,根据辊锻件的截面和长度,使用UG软件对三道次辊锻模进行三维造型。通过Deform 3D有限元软件的模拟,对各道次辊锻件的温度场、等效应变场进行分析,结果表明各道次辊锻件成形良好。The fine blanking roll forging process of big drop front axle has been studied. Three kinds of fine blanking roll forging parts have been designed. The finest blanking roll forging part has been stimulated. The second and first pass blanking roll forging parts have been design by use of reverse deduction method. According to the cross-section and the length of the roll forging part, the three-dimensional modeling of the three pass roll forging part has been worked out by use of the software UG. By simulation via DEFORM-3D finite element software, the temperature filed and equivalent strain field in each pass roll forging parts have been analyzed. The results show that each pass roll forging part has a good forming effect.
