摘 要:目的:观察分析布拉氏酵母菌辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法:选择2011年1月—2013年2月住院治疗的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组患儿给予常规退黄治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,使用布拉氏酵母菌联合治疗。治疗后检测两组患儿血清总胆红素下降水平,观察分析布拉氏酵母菌辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的作用。结果:治疗组在胆红素降低时间及降低程度上都优于对照组。结论:布拉氏酵母菌有辅助下降胆红素的作用,在治疗新生儿高胆红素血症时,可缩短患儿住院时间,且未发现不良反应。Objective: To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of saccharomyces boulardii adjunctive treatment for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods: 60 cases with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia treated in our department from January 2011 to February 2013 were divided into control and observation groups randomly. Children of control group were treated with the conventional methods for subsiding jaundice. The observation group was given the conventional and saccharomyces boulardii combination treatment. The decreased serum total bilirubin levels were detected after treatment and the role of Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia was analyzed. Results: Compared to control group and observation group,the observation group in the reduction of time was fast and reduction of bilirubin levels was higher than the control group. Conclusion: Saccharomyces boulardii plays an adjunctive role in the decrease of bilirubin levels in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and the duration of hospitalization will be short when the children are treated with saccharomyces boulardii. The therapeutic method of saccharomyces boulardii in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can be widely applied.
