摘 要:针对金属履带拖拉机支重轮断裂、卷边时的接触应力进行分析计算。首先,对支重轮在工作过程中的静止、重心偏离、牵引力倾斜与重心偏离3种状态进行了受力分析,并使用接触理论进行接触应力的理论计算;然后,利用ANSYS软件建立支重轮结构的三维有限元模型,对3种工况下的接触应力进行有限元数值计算。计算结果表明:整机在牵引力倾斜及重心偏离工作状态下支重轮的接触应力为最大,尤其对于C1302机型;最大接触应力在轮缘处。接触应力的理论计算与数值模拟分析结果非常接近,吻合较好,其误差不超过5%。In this paper,the contact stress of the supporting roller at fracture and edge curling was analyzed and calculated for metal track tractor. Firstly,the force analysis was carried out with the roller in three conditions of the stationary state,the deviation of gravity center,and the tilt traction and deviation of gravity center. The theoretical calculation of contact stress was performed with the Hertz contact theory. Then,by employing ANSYS software,the three-dimensional finite element model of the roller was built and the contact stress was analyzed under the three conditions. The results show that the contact stress is maximum in the tilt traction and deviation of gravity center working condition,especially for C1302 tractor. The distribution of the maximum contact stress is at the rim flange. The contact stress of theoretical calculation is consistent with the results of the finite element analysis,and the difference between them is leas than 5%.
