摘  要:采用粉末冶金方法,制备含不同质量分数钇(0%,0.5%,1%,2%)的V-5Cr-5Ti合金。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)等分析稀土元素钇对V-5Cr-5Ti合金显微组织的影响。结果表明添加钇能够显著改善钒合金微观组织结构,使晶粒细化;可有效消除粗大富钛条状第二相,而析出尺寸约为3μm的富钇颗粒,富钇颗粒分布于晶粒内部和晶界处,但以晶粒内部为主。V-5Cr-5Ti alloys with various mass fraction of yttrium(0%, 0.5%, 1%, 2%) were prepared by powder metallurgy. In order to analyse the effect of yttrium addition on microstructure of vanadium alloys, techniques of optical microscopy(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDS) were applied. Results are as follows: rare-earth yttrium shows great affect on the microstructure of vanadium alloys. The addition of yttrium can refine the grain size, and eliminate the strip sharped Ti-enriched second phases effectively. Instead, yttriumenriched phases with sizes of about three micrometers are formed mostly inside the grains, and also in the grain boundaries.
