摘　　要：气体辅助注塑成型技术是一项新兴的塑料注射成型技术。本文介绍了汽车手柄气体辅助注塑模的设计及气体辅助注塑工艺,详细叙述了在注塑过程中溢料腔控制的方法。Gas assisted injection mold is a novel mold technology. This paper introduces the design of gas assisted injection mold for automobile handle and gas assisted injection mold process,describes in detail the method of overflow cavity control in the process of injection molding.
