摘　　要：本文以杭州市1999-2012年最低工资标准历史统计数据为样本,对最低工资标准影响因素进行了详细的实证分析。基于国内外学者研究的基础上,引入马克思劳动力价值概念,并将CPI、劳动生产率增长率等纳入模型,试图构建一套合理可行的最低工资标准动态测算模型。为地方政府制订合理、科学的最低工资标准、切实发挥最低工资制度实效,提供理论和实证的支持。Taking hangzhou as an empirical example, this thesis is based on the historical and statistical data from 1999 to 2012, so as to carrying out a detailed empirical analysis on the determinants of minimum wage. Combined with the study of domestic and foreign scholars, Marx＇s labor value concept, CPI, labor productivity growth rate, we are trying to build a reasonably practicable minimum wage in the dynamic estimat model. And providing theoretical and empirical support for local government in the management and development of the minimum wage system.
