乌鲁木齐某三甲医院电子化临床路径实施的效果评价

摘　　要：目的：分析乌鲁木齐某三甲医院电子化临床路径实施的效果，为电子化临床路径的应用和推广提供参考．方法：选取该院2012-01～12实施纸质版临床路径17个病种诊疗病例342例，收集2013-01～12电子化临床路径诊疗的对应病例948例，对比住院时间和住院费用；选取2013年排名前十病种的临床路径病例1204例，收集2013年对应临床路径前10病种未实施临床路径病例337例，对比住院时间和住院费用．结果：经过分析，实施电子化临床路径的病例，其平均住院时间和住院费用均低于实施纸质版临床路径的病例，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；实施临床路径的病例，其平均住院时间和住院费用均低于未实施临床路径的病例，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）．结论：实施电子化临床路径，能更有效地控制医疗行为，有利于进一步缩短患者住院时间，减少住院费用，对于促进患者的康复和减轻家庭负担具有重要作用．AIM：To analyze the implementation effect of elec-tronic clinical pathway in a major hospital in Urumqi and provide reference for the application and popularization of the clinical e-lectronic pathway. METHODS： From January to December 2012,paper-based clinical pathway was implemented in 342 pa-tients of 17 diseases in our hospital.From January to December 2013,electronic clinical pathway was implemented in 948 pa-tients.Hospital stay and hospital cost of the two groups were com-pared.And also among patients with top ten diseases,1204 cases who had undergone and 337 cases who had not undergone clinical pathway were selected,and hospital stay and hospital cost were compared.RESULTS：Upon analysis,patients who underwent e-lectronic clinical pathway spent averagely less days and money in hospital than those who underwent paper-based clinical pathway, and there were statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05 ）;patients who underwent clinical pathway spent averagely less days and money in hospital than those who did not undergo clinical pathway,and there were also statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：The implementation of electronic clinical pathway can effectively control the medical practice and is conducive to hospital stay and cost reduction.It plays important role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients and reducing the economic burden of the family.
