摘 要:针对当前我国军民融合式装备科研生产网络已初步形成,但竞争性装备科研生产仍然存在范围比较窄、程度不够深及效果难如愿的现状,引入了网络治理理论对当前军民融合式装备研制生产网络进行分析;在阐述网络参与利益主体作用发挥的基础上,构建了军民融合式装备研制生产的网络治理结构,并提出了与其相配套的治理机制。Currently, the network of civil-military integrated equipment development and produc tion still exists to the extent that the narrow scope, not thoroughly enough in rivalrous degree and can't meet military needs. The network governance theory was introduced to carry on analyzing the currently network of civil-military integration equipment research and production, and expatiating the role that the stakeholder play in the network of civil-military integration of equipment development and production. Based on these analyzing, the governance structure of civil-military integrated equipment development and production was constituted, and the match network governance mechanism was also advanced.
