腹膜透析患者胎球蛋白A和C反应蛋白与患者心血管事件发生的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹膜透析患者胎球蛋白A和C反应蛋白与其发生心血管事件的相关性。方法:选取2011年1月至2014年1月于我院肾内科进行腹膜透析的患者100例,其中有50例患者已并发心血管疾病,另外50例患者未并发心血管疾病,依此分别作为观察组和对照组,另外选取健康人50名作为健康组,分别测定3组患者血清胎球蛋白A与C反应蛋白的含量,并进行随访,分别在第6个月和12个月对期间对照组新并发心血管疾病的患者进行统计,比较腹膜透析患者胎球蛋白A和C反应蛋白与其发生心血管事件的相关性。结果:第1次测定时观察组患者胎球蛋白A的含量明显低于对照组,而C反应蛋白的含量却明显高于对照组,第6个月和12个月后新并发心血管疾病的腹膜透析患者较第一次测定胎球蛋白A明显降低,而C反应蛋白的含量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当腹膜透析患者血清中胎球蛋白A含量下降、C反应蛋白的含量上升时,患者并发心血管疾病的风险较大,胎球蛋白A和C反应蛋白可以作为腹膜透析患者心血管事件临床诊断的一个重要参考指标。Objective： To explore the correlation between peritoneal dialysis patients fetuin A and C reactive protein and cardiovascular events. Methods： 100 cases of patients with pleural dialysis treated from January,2011 to January,2014 in our hospital were selected,50 cases of patients with cardiovascular diseases and another 50 patients without cardiovascular disease,they were selected as the observation group and the control group,respectively,50 healthy persons were selected as health group. The content of serum fetuin A and C reactive protein were collected and tested in three groups patients, the new concurrent cardiovascular diseases were statistically analysed at 6th and 12 th month by follow-up,the correlation between peritoneal dialysis patients fetuin A and C reactive protein and cardiovascular events was compared. Results： In the first test,patients in the observation group with fetuin A was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control group,but the content of C reactive protein was significantly higher than that of control group,peritoneal dialysis patients with additional cardiovascular diseases,fetuin A decreased significantly,while the content of C reactive protein significantly increased than that in first test. The difference was significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： When fetuin A content in serum of peritoneal dialysis patients is falling,and content of C reactive protein is increased,the risk of patients complicated with cardiovascular disease is more,fetuin A and C reactive protein can be used as an important reference index for clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular events in patients with peritoneal dialysis.
