摘　　要：目的:分析郑州市某三甲医院医务人员高血压的知晓率、治疗率、控制率及急性并发症发生率,为医务人员高血压防治工作提供科学依据。方法:于2013年11月至12月对郑州市某三甲医院2 738名医务人员进行问卷调查和体格检查。结果:该院医务人员高血压患病率为18.33%,男性高血压的患病率高于女性(χ2=16.756,P<0.001);随着年龄的增加,男女患病率均呈上升趋势(χ2趋势=90.320、154.243,P均<0.001)。高血压知晓率为86.45%,治疗率为76.49%,控制率为51.79%。心率越高的高血压患者,高血压急性并发症发生率越高(P=0.001)。结论:该院医务人员高血压的知晓率、治疗率、控制率较高,但急性并发症的发生率也较高,应针对重点人群加强高血压一级和二级预防工作。Aim： To identify the current status of awareness,treatment,control of hypertension and acute complications among medical staff in a third-grade class-A hospital in Zhengzhou.Methods： Questionnaire interview and health examination were performed on 2 738 participants from November to December in 2013.Results： The prevalence rate of hypertension was 18.33%,and that of the male was higher than that of the female（ χ^2= 16.756,P〈 0.001）.The male＇s and female＇s prevalence rate increased with age（ χ^2trend= 90.320 and 154.243,P〈 0.001）.The hypertension awareness,treatment,and control rate was 86.45%,76.49%,and 51.79%,respectively.The incidence of hypertension acute complications of the patients increased with the heart rate（ P = 0.001）.Conclusion： The hypertension awareness,treatment,and control rates among the medical staff in this hospital are high,while the incidence of acute complications is also high.The primary and secondary prevention of hypertension on key populations should be strengthened.
