摘　　要：R&D资源是一个非常广泛的概念,2012年,各地区在"科学技术是第一生产力"思想的指导下,普遍加大了对R&D资源的投入,但由于经济实力和发展速度存在一定的差异,河南省R&D资源的区域布局也存在差异化。而科技金融产业汇集发展到一定程度和水平时,又会形成科技金融中心。在科学技术成为第一生产力的时代,探讨地区间R&D资源状况,明确地区间R&D活动差距的状况和变动趋势,对了解河南省金融中心的形成因素具有重要意义。R＆D resource is a very broad concept, in 2012, under the guidance of the idea- ＂science and tech- nology is the first productivity＂, all the regions generally increased investment to R＆D resources, but because of the existence of some differences in economic strength and speed of development, the regional distribution of R＆D re- sources in Henan province also exists differentiation. When the science and technology financial industry is gathered and developed to a certain extent and level, the science and technology financial center will also be formed. In the era that science and technology have become the first productivity, exploring the R＆D resource status between regions, clarifying the status of regional R＆D activity difference and its changing trend, are significant to understand the formation factors of Henan Provincial financial center.
