摘　　要：地方高校要搭乘国家创新驱动发展战略之东风,不断完善提高自主技术开发能力的体制机制,建立优越的人才激励机制;应主动依托地方政府和企业平台开展产学研合作,加快高校科技成果转化的进程;地方政府应高度重视地方高校科技成果转化工作,推动其积极、健康和可持续发展。The local universities should take the chance of national innovation-driving development strategy,promote constantly the mechanism of improving the autonomous ability of technical development, and establish supe-rior talent incentive mechanism;should take the initiative to rely on local government and enterprise platform andcarry out industry-study-research cooperation, speed up the scientific and technological achievements conversionprocess in universities; local governments should attach great importance to conversion work of scientific and techno-logical achievements in local universities and promote the positive healthy and sustainable development.
