摘  要:目的通过对薄荷油、蓝桉油、肉桂油、荆芥油、桉叶油等9种植物精油对白纹伊蚊驱避活性的筛选,并对驱避效果好的精油进行组合复配,为开发植物源蚊虫驱避剂产品提供依据。方法 "Y"型嗅觉仪法和国标GB/T 13917.9-2009规定的攻击力试验方法。结果在5μl时,荆芥油效果最好,驱避率(PR)可达98.00%;肉桂油的驱避活性次之,PR为87.50%;桉叶油、薄荷油、蓝桉油等3种植物精油的PR在70%~80%之间。组合配方:10%荆芥油、10%肉桂油、5%薄荷油、5%桉叶油和5%吐温80的复配精油驱蚊液,驱蚊效果良好,有效保护时间为4 h,达到国家驱避剂登记的B级标准。结论荆芥油、肉桂油、薄荷油、桉叶油均具有很好驱蚊活性,其组合配方及其驱蚊制剂值得进一步研究。Objective In order to provide valuable references for further selection and production of effective plantoriginal mosquito repellents, the repellent activities of nine different plant essential oils on Aedes albopictus were tested, and their different combinations were constructed for the repellent activity estimation. Methods "Y"-tube olfactometer method and repellent activity method described in GB/T 13917. 9 -2009 were employed. Results At the dose of 5 μl, herba sehizonepetae oil showed the highest activity with the repellent rate (PR)of 98% , followed by cinnamon oil with PR 87.50%. PRs of three essential oils, clove leaf oil, peppermint oil and eucalyptus globulus oil were 70% -80%. Combinations with 10% rosemary oil, 10% cinnamon oii,5% peppermint oil,5% clove leaf oil and 5% tween 80 showed considerable repellent activities ,with the effective protection period of 4 h, reaching the B level of the national standard. Conclusion Herba schizonepetae oil, cinnamon oil, peppermint oil and clove leaf oil hold considerable repellent activities to mosquitoes. The combinations of these essential oils and their related produc- tions are worthy of further estimation.
