两种菊酯类水乳剂对生活垃圾填埋场蝇类防治的应用研究

摘　　要：目的对两种菊酯类水乳剂进行现场灭蝇药效测定,为生活垃圾填埋场蝇类药物防治提供有效的基础数据。方法通过现场防治效果试验和药物杀灭试验评价药剂灭蝇效果。结果两种菊酯类水乳剂20倍稀释在生活垃圾填埋场办公区喷药后4 h蝇类密度下降率为98.62%和97.77%,48 h密度下降率为77.11%和66.85%;作业区喷药后24 h蝇类密度下降率分别为49.13%和41.43%。两种菊酯类水乳剂在20倍稀释条件下对喷雾下风向10 m位置的蝇类杀灭24 h死亡率均为100%;40倍稀释条件两种菊酯类水乳剂在10 m和50 m两个现场试验点蝇类24 h死亡率分别为100%、81.25%和100%、76.21%。结论两种菊酯类水乳剂对生活垃圾填埋场蝇类喷洒防治效果显著,能有效杀灭生活垃圾填埋场的蝇类,控制蝇类密度。Objective To test the efficacy of two kinds of pyrethroids emulsion in water （PWEW） for killing flies in the fields, and provide efficient basic data for fly control in municipal solid waste landfill（MSWL）. Methods E- valuating the pesticidal efficacy for fly control. Results The density of flies decreased by 98.62% and 97.77% for 4 hours after spraying the 20 folds dilution of two kinds of PWEW in the office zone of MSWL, 77. 11% and 66. 85% after 48 hours ,49. 13% and 41.43% after 24 hours spraying on the work zone of MSWL. Experiment of pes- ticide killing showed that the percents of killing flies both were 100% when downwind 10 meters away from the posi- tion of spraying the 20 folds dilution of two kinds of PWEW for 24 hours. The percents of killing flies were 100% , 81.25% and 100% ,76. 21% respectively when downwind 10 meters and 50 meters away from the position of spraying the 40 fold dilution of two kinds of PWEW 24 hours. Conclusion The efficacy of two kinds of PWEW for preventing and controlling flies is significant. These two kinds of PWEW can effectively kill the flies on MSWL and control the density of flies.
