摘  要:教学查房是医学基本理论与临床工作相结合的桥梁。传统的教学查房存在随意性、灌输性的弊端,近年来我们针对不同学员因人、因材施教,对本科生采用临床路径为主的教学法,对研究生采用循证医学为主的教学法,对留学生采用Seminar为主的教学法,对进修生采用PBL为主的教学法。通过综合运用多种教学方法 ,实行个性化互动式教学模式,有效提高教学查房效果以及教学质量。Teaching round is a bridge combining basic theory of medicine and clinical work. The traditional teaching round has the disadvantages of arbitrary and instilling. In recent years, we teached students individually, using clinical pathway teaching method for undergraduates, evidence-based medicine teaching method for postgraduates, seminar teaching method for foreign students and problem-based learning teaching method for Refresher doctors. Through the integrated use of various teaching methods and personalized interactive teaching model, we improved the teaching round effect and teaching quality.
