摘　　要：目的：探讨腹股沟斜疝的腹腔镜腹股沟斜疝修补术方法效果。方法选取2012年3月～2014年3月收治的腹股沟斜疝患者27例临床手术方法选择资料进行分析。结果手术时间15～70分钟，术后绝对卧床时间4～50小时，住院时间2～8天出院。结论腹腔镜疝修补作为一种全新的术式逐渐在世界范围内开展，越来越多的患者和外科医生选择腹腔镜疝修补手术。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic in oblique inguinal hernia repair surgery. Methods 27 cases of oblique inguinal hernia patients during March 2012~March 2014 who were treated with laparoscopic surgical were selected in this study. Results The surgery time were 15~70 min, while the absolute bed time after the surgery were 4~50 hours, and the hospital stay time were 2~8 days after discharge. Conclusion Laparoscopic oblique hernia repair as a new surgical method gradually is popularizing in the world , more and more patients and surgeons select laparoscopic hernia repair surgery.
