浅谈人工全髋关节置换术后患者的康复护理

摘　　要：随着我国老龄化人口增长趋势,其患病基数也在不断增加。髋关节骨折或病变对于老龄患者的影响较大,不仅会给老龄患者带来较大的痛苦,也影响其生活运动。目前,治疗髋关节病变的方法中人工全髋关节置换术的应用比较广泛,可以缓解髋关节所带来的痛苦,避免因病变导致下肢畸形,最大限度提高患者的治愈率。人工全髋关节置换手术前后的护理,尤其是术后医护人员的健康指导,对整个手术的成功与否有着决定性的影响,可以大幅提高患者的术后自理能力,提高患者的生活质量,现结合本科室收治此类患者的术后实际护理情况,就其护理方法及其体会进行了初步探讨。With aging population, age patients group is bigger and bigger. The hip joint fracture and disease has the deeply inlfuence for elder patients. It not only bring much pain to patients, but also inlfuence their daily life. Artiifcial total knee replacement is the treatment of these diseases, aimed at easing the knee joint pain, rectify the knee joint deformity, improvement of knee function state. Before and after artiifcial total hip replacement surgery nursing, especially right after rehabilitation guidance can make the patients recover and improve life quality. Now base on the nursing of patients, discuss the nursing methods and feeling initially.
