摘　　要：目的研究优化护理流程应用于急诊危重患者抢救工作中的效果。方法选择本院620例急诊危重患者,对照组310例采用常规护理流程,优化组310例通过优化护理流程进行抢救。结果优化组患者抢救成功率和满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对急诊危重患者,采用优化护理流程实施抢救工作能够有效提高抢救成功率,提高整体护理满意度。Objective To study the inlfuence of optimizing nursing process on emergency rescue in critical patients. Methods Chose 620 critically ill patients in our hospital, 310 cases in the control group received routine nursing process, 310 cases in optimizing group received optimizing nursing procedure. Results The success rate of rescue and patients satisfaction in optimizing group were signiifcantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For critically ill patients, by optimizing the nursing process can effectively improve the success rate, improve the overall nursing satisfaction.
