观察正清风痛宁治疗强直性脊柱炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：分析正清风痛宁治疗强直性脊柱炎患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年4月～2014年5月收治的98例强直性脊柱炎患者作为研究对象，将患者平均分成实验组和对照组，给对照组患者服用双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊和柳氮磺吡啶，并根据不同患者的症状给予相应的药物进行治疗，实验组则在对照组治疗方式的基础上加服正清风痛宁缓释片，对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果实验组患者的治疗效果为91.8%，优于对照组的71.4%，且P＜0.05，差异具备统计学意义；患者治疗前后的两组治疗前后活动性指数、功能性指数等主要指标对比，实验组患者改善效果优于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在活动性强直性脊柱炎患者的治疗中，在传统的药物治疗基础上加用正清风痛宁缓释片,能减轻强直性脊柱炎的临床特征，提升患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Zheng qing feng tong ning in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Selected 98 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients in our hospital from April 2013 to May 2014 as the research object, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group, compared two groups of treatment effect. Results The therapeutic effect of patients in the experimental group was 91.8%, it was better than the control group, which was 71.4%, and P〈0.05, the difference had statistical significance. Regarding to the comparison of main index of activity index, functionindex before and after treatment, the patients in the experimental group improved significantly greater than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of patients with active ankylosing spondylitis, using zhengqinfengtongnin tablets on the basis of drug therapy has great clinical effect, it can effectively enhance the quality of life.
