加味乌贝散联合三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析加味乌贝散和三联疗法联合治疗胃溃疡的疗效。方法选取我院收治的胃溃疡患者68例,分作对照组和治疗组各34例,对照组采取三联疗法,治疗组在此基础上加用加味乌贝散,对比治疗情况。结果治疗组显效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率比对照组低(P<0.05);治疗组胃泌素比对照组有所增加(P<0.05)。结论对于胃溃疡患者采取加味乌贝散与三联疗法联合治疗效果较好。Objective To analyze the effect of Jiaweiwubei powder and triple therapy for gastric ulcer treatment. Methods 68 patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital were chosen and divided into the control group and treatment group, 34 patients in control group were taking triple therapy, 34 patients in treatment group was taking Jiaweiwubei powder and triple therapy. Results The effect rate in treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.T he recurrence rate in treatment group was signiifcantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. The content of gastrin in treatment group was signiifcantly more than the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with gastric ulcer, the treatment of Jiaweiwubei powder and triple therapy have signiifcant effect.
