摘  要:以转SOS基因高羊茅和野生型高羊茅为受体材料,分别测定了转基因植株株系6-2、6-3和野生型植株的叶绿素含量、生理生化指标和种植土壤的pH、全盐及碱化度,结果表明:盐碱胁迫下转基因植株的叶绿素、POD、MDA、Pro、SOD均高于野生型植株,CAT低于野生型植株;转基因高羊茅在降低土壤pH、全盐和碱化度方面优于野生型植株;综合表明,与野生型植株相比,转基因植株具有较高的耐盐性。The transgenic plants of tall fescue with overexpression of SOSpathway genes and wild-type plants were taken as research material.The chlorophyll content,physiological and biochemical indexes,planting soil pH,degree of alkalization and total salt of transgenic plants strain 6-2,6-3and wild-type plants respectively were measured.The results showed that the content of chlorophyll,POD,MDA,Pro and SOD of transgenic plants were higher than that in wild-type plants under salt stress,but the CAT activity was lower than that in wild-type plants;transgenic tall fescue was better in reducing soil pH,total salt and degree of alkalization than that in wild-type plants.Those demonstrated that compared with wildtype plants,transgenic plants was of salt tolerance.
