妊娠期输尿管镜钬激光碎石应用体会

摘　　要：目的观察妊娠期输尿管镜钬激光碎石的临床疗效。方法收集妊娠期泌尿系结石患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组接受常规保守治疗，观察组接受输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗，对比两组临床疗效的差异性。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗妊娠期泌尿系结石效果理想，可推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy during pregnancy. Methods 120 cases of urinary calculus during pregnancy were collected and divided into observation group and control group （30 cases in each group）. The control group accepted ordinary treatment,while the observation group accepted ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy. We compared the curative effect in each group. Results The curative effect of observation group was higher than that of control group with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy has better curative effect ,unich should be used widely.
