摘 要:目的:研究高原性心脏病患者超声心动图与心电图肺型P波之间的临床变化关系。方法:收集高原性心脏病伴肺型P波的临床资料45例为高原性心脏病组;并按超声心动组诊断为右心扩大组26例、无心腔扩大组19例;在我院健康检查组30例为对照组;对其主肺动脉内径与肺型P波的变化进行比较。结果:高原性心脏病组主肺动脉内径较对照组显著增宽(P〈0.01);高原性心脏病右心扩大组主肺动脉内径较无心腔扩大组显著增宽(P〈0.01);无心腔扩大组肺型P波较右心扩大组显著增高(P〈0.05)。结论:心电图肺型.P波是诊断高原性心脏病右心扩大的敏感指标,超声心动图对高原性心脏病右心增大时可提供更为准确的依据。对于心电图提示肺型P波且心脏超声心动图显示右心腔扩大、有轻度肺动脉高压的患者应考虑移居至平原或较低海拔地区,也可采用间断或持续低流量(1L/分钟)吸氧,能明显改善患者的预后。Objective Research High altitude heart disease patients with echocardiography and electrocardiogram (ecg) type lung clinical changes of the relationship between P wave. Results High altitude main pulmonary artery diameter was significantly faster than heart disease group (P 〈 0.01); High altitude heart right heart to expand the main pulmonary artery diameter is centerless cavity expanding group widened significantly (P 〈 0.01); Centerless cavity expanding group type pulmonary P wave is right heart expanded significantly higher (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Electrocardiogram(ecg) diagnosis of pulmonary P wave is High altitude heart right heart expanded sensitive indicators, echocardiography to right heart grows High altitude heart disease can provide more accurate basis.
