摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻中隔矫正术治疗变应性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析47例变应性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲患者的临床资料及治疗措施。结果：术后显效20例，有效19例，无效8例，总有效率82．98％。结论：鼻中隔矫正术治疗变应性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲临床疗效满意。Objective Discuss the septum correctional treatment of allergic rhinitis and the clinical curative effect of nasal septum deviation. Methods 47 cases of allergic rhinitis were retrospectively analyzed with the clinical data of patients with nasal septum deviation and treatment measures. Results 20 cases were markedly improved after surgery, 19 cases effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 82.98%. Conclusions The septum correctional treatment of allergic rhinitis and nasal septum deviation clinical curative effect is satisfied.
