摘　　要：目的：探讨直肠癌围手术期的护理措施。方法：回顾性分析29例直肠癌患者的临床资料，总结术前及术后护理措施。结果：29例患者均顺利完成手术，术后发生并发症5例，采取有效措施均顺利出院。结论：良好的护理，可以提升患者的康复效率，减少患者的并发症，提升手术的成功率，保证患者的生命健康。Objective Discusses rectal cancer perioperative nursing measures. Methods 29 cases were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients with rectal cancer, summarizes the preoperative and postoperative nursing measures. Results 29 patients were successfully completed surgery, postoperative complications occurred in 5 cases, to take effective measures were discharged smoothly. Conclusions Good nursing, can improve the patient＇s recovery efficiency, reduce the complications of patients, improve the success rate of surgery, ensure the patient＇s life and health.
