摘 要:目的:探讨重点病种在急诊绿色通道服务时限的质量控制方法与效果,有效控制重点病种在急诊的服务时限,达到急救绿色通道的无缝隙连接与全程质量控制,规避医疗风险。方法:通过设计“重点病种绿色通道管理质控记录单”,采取三级质量控制模式对重点病种在绿色通道救治流程中,各个服务时限节点进行质量管理控制。结果缩短了重点病种病人在急诊的服务时限。结论通过急诊绿色通道各个服务时限节点的质量管理控制,有效缩短了重点病种病人在急诊科的服务时限,加强了急诊科与临床各科室间的相互合作,提高了重点病种的急诊救治成功率,提升了急诊病人圾家属的满意度。Objective Discuss key diseases in emergency green channel service quality control method and the effect of time. Methods Through the design of "green channel to control the quality management of key diseases record sheet", taking the three-level quality control pattern is to focus on diseases in the green channel treatment process, the service time limit for quality management control node. Results Shorten the key disease patients in emergency se.rvice time limit, Conclusions Through quality management control, effectively shorten the key diseases patients in the emergency department of service time, strengthen the cooperation between the emergency department and clinical departments, improve the success rate of emergency care focus on diseases.
