超声在孕11～13^＋6周胎儿筛查中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨超声在孕11～13^＋6周胎儿筛查中的价值。方法：回顾性分析我院3900例行早孕期超声检查的孕妇临床资料，随访至妊娠结束，观察超声检查结果与孕妇妊娠结局。结果：本组3900例孕早期超声检查孕妇中可疑异常胎儿32例，仅NT≥3mm者21例，其中19例为正常胎儿，1例至中孕期胎死宫中，1例异常胎儿引产；NT≥3mm合并其他异常者6例，均引产；NT〈3mm合并胎儿结构异常5例，其中异常胎儿3例引产，2例正常。结论：早期超声筛查对于指导产前咨询，产前随访检测与治疗，减少围生儿死亡率有着重要的意义。Objective To explore in the 11 - 13^ ＋ 6 weeks of pregnancY the fetus the value of screening,Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data 3 900 early pregnancy ultrasound examination of pregnant women, follow-up until the end of pregnancy, to observe the ultrasonic examination results and the pregnant women pregnancY outcome.Results Suspicious 32 cases of abnormal fetus, NT acuity only 3 mm 21 cases, 19 cases of normal fetus, 1 case to prenatal fetal death in the palace, 1 case of abnormal fetus induced labor; NT 3 mm merger or other abnormal, 6 cases were induced labor; NT 〈 3 mm with fetal structural abnormalities in 5 cases, including abnormal fetal induced labor in 3 cases, 2 cases of normal.Condusions Early ultrasound screening is of great significance for reducing the perinatal death rote.
