宫颈环形电切术联合纳米银凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨宫颈环形电切术（LEEP）联合纳米银凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法：选取于2009年6月至2012年6月间于我院接受治疗的慢性宫颈炎患者126例作为此次研究的样本,所选样本个体均有生育史。随机将患者分为对照组与观察组各63例,其中对照组单纯使用宫颈环形电切术治疗,观察组除使用宫颈环形电切术外还联合使用纳米银凝胶行治疗。所选样本个体术前均进行常规检查并在月经干净后3-7d行宫颈环形电切术治疗,手术后1个月进行复查并在术后进行定期随访。与对照组不同,观察组分别于术前和术后使用纳米银凝胶治疗。手术治疗后对两组患者进行疗效分析。结果：两组患者均得到较好的治疗效果,总有效率达到100%。对照组63例经治疗后显效人数为50例,显效率为79.37%（50/63）;观察组63例患者治疗后显效人数为59例,显效率为93.65%（59/63）,两组患者的显效率具有明显差异,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。复查结果显示两组患者中均出现阴道出血、阴道排液、阴道感染等并发症,其中阴道感染的发生率存在明显差异（P〈0.05）,其中对照组并发阴道感染人数为8人,发生率为12.70%（8/63）;观察组并发阴道感染的人数为4人,发生率为3.17%（2/63）。结论：宫颈环形电切术联合纳米银抗菌凝胶可有效治疗慢性宫颈炎,而且联合使用纳米银抗菌凝胶可有效提高慢性宫颈炎的治疗效果,降低术后感染的发生率。Objectives： To investigate the cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure（ LEEP） joint with nana silver gel in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods： The 126 patients with chronic cervicitis that were treated in our hospital between June 2009 and June 2012 were selected as the study objects. All of them had reproductive history. The patients were randomly divided into control group（ n = 63） and observation group（ n =63）,in which the control group was treated with LEEP,while observation group received additional nana silver gel.Before surgery,all the individuals received routine check and cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedures 3 -7 d after menstruation. Besides the reexamination a month after surgery,there were regular follow- ups. Meanwhile,the observation group was treated with nana silver gel before and after surgery. The efficacy of both groups was analyzed after surgery. Results： All patients got better,the total efficiency of 100%. After treatment,50 patients in the control group were remarkably improved,effective rate of 79. 37%（ 50 /63）; while 59 patients in the observation group were remarkably improved,effective rate of 93. 65%（ 59 /63）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. According to the reexamination results,both groups had vaginal bleeding,vaginal discharge,vaginal infections and other complications,and there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05） in the incidence of vaginal infections： 12. 70%（ 8 /63） for the control group and 3. 17%（ 2 /63） for the observation group. Conclusion： The cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure combined with nana- silver antibacterial gel is effective in the treatment of chronic cervicitis,and joint use of nana- silver antibacterial gel can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,and reduce the incidence of postoperative infection.
