摘  要:目的:探讨电离子联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择2013年6月至2014年3月期间本院诊治的100例尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。对照组患者接受单纯电离子治疗,观察组患者接受电离子联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗。比较两组临床疗效、复发率、疣体清除数及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组与对照组痊愈率分别为98.0%和72.0%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3月,观察组复发率显著低于对照组(12.0%vs 30.0%,P<0.05);观察组疣体清除数显著多于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率分别为20.0%和64.0%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯电离子治疗相比,电离子联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效更为理想,可减少复发率且安全性好。Objectives: To explore the effect and safety analysis of electro- ionization combined with 5-aminplevulinic acid- photodynamic therapy in treating condyloma acuminata. Methods: 100 patients with condyloma acuminata in our hospital from June 2013 to March 2014 were selected as research subjects. All the subjects were divided into control group( 50 cases) and observation group( 50 cases) according to different therapy meth-ods. Control group were given electro- ionization therapy,while observation group received electro- ionization therapy combined with 5- aminplevulinic acid- photodynamic treatment. The clinical effect,recurrence rates,clearance rate and adverse rates of the two groups were compared. Results: The cure rates were 98. 0% and 72. 0% in observation group and control group respectively with significant difference( P〈 0. 05); In the follow- up of 3months,the recurrence rate in observation group was much lower than that in control group( 12. 0% vs. 30. 0%,P 〈0. 05); The clearance rate in observation group was higher than that in control group( P〈 0. 05); The adverse rates were 20. 0% and 64. 0% in observation group and control group respectively,with significant difference( P 〈0. 05). Conclusions: Compared with electro- ionization therapy,electro- ionization combined with 5- aminplevulinic acid- photodynamic therapy has ideal clinical effect with less recurrence and good safety for condyloma acuminata.
