四川省2013年度主要污染物排放形势分析

摘　　要：近年来,随着四川省经济持续快速发展的同时,四川省作为我国西部省份,经济欠发达、人口稠密。人口的急剧增多、资源的大量消费,排放的污染物已经造成了环境质量的恶化,给四川省经济社会、人民的生产生活带来了严重影响。以四川省2013年环境统计数据为基础数据,通过对现状分析、排放趋势以及选用万元工业增加值下的资源环境特征污染物的排放强度进行分析,绘制各种污染物的曲线,列出水污染物、气污染物的重点行业,再选取出具有重点行业中的典型污染行业,对全省工业结构性污染问题进行了分析,并由此提出了强化总量减排、优化产业结构、建立区域大气联防联控机制等措施和建议。Along with the sustained and rapid economic development of Sichuan Province in recent years, Sichuan as one of the western provinces of China with less developed economy and dense population, its dramatic increase of population, large amounts of resources consumption, and emissions of pollutants had caused the deterioration of environmental quality, which had brought serious impacts to the Sichuan Province economic society and people~ life and production. Based on the environmental statistics of 2013 in Sichuan province, through the analysis of the present situation and emission trends and emission intensity of pollutants with resources and environmental characteristics under the selected every 10 thousand yuan worth of industrial value added, this paper had drawn curves of various pollutants, listed key industries of water pollutants and air pollutants and then selected out the typical pollution industries from these key industries, This paper also analyzed the industrial structural pollution problems of Siehuan Province and proposed to strengthen the total emission reduction, optimized the industrial structure, and establish of regional atmospheric mechanism for ntegrated prevention and control measures and recommendations,
