摘  要:提出了一种高压输电导线内部缺陷X射线可视化检测方法,详细介绍了CV—1型X射线数字成像系统的组成和工作原理,验证了X射线数字成像系统对500 k V输电导线透照能力,确定了照射参数和透照方法;根据输电导线内部缺陷特征和缺陷所在部位,在实验室条件下分别模拟检测了导线钢芯断股、钢芯表面划伤、夹杂、散股以及压接深度不足等内部缺陷并与无缺陷输电导线进行了对比,得出了导线内部缺陷的X射线数字图像的特征,实验结果证明了X射线数字成像技术对输电导线内部缺陷检测的有效性和可行性,为高压输电导线内部缺陷检测提供了新方法和参考依据。A X-ray visualized internal defect detection method for high-voltage transmission line was propased.The CV-1 X-ray digital imaging system composition and working principle were introduced,verified the radiographic ability of X-ray digital imaging system for 500 kV transmission line was verified,the irradiation parameters and methods were determined;according to the internal defects characteristics of transmission line and defect location,transmission lines internal defects detection of steel core wire off shares,steel core surface scratches,inclusions,bulk shares,crimp depth insufficient were simulated,and to compared with no defects transmission lines under laboratory conditions,the X-ray digital images characteristic of transmission line internal defects were obtained.The experimental results show that the detection effectiveness and feasibility of digital radiography for transmission line internal defect and provide a new method and reference basis for the internal defect detection of high-voltage transmission lines.
