日本民营铁路商业经营模式的探讨

摘　　要：通过概述日本大型民营铁路的经营状况,以日本大型民营铁路公司为例,探讨其商业经营模式。从住宅区/卫星城、商业地产/街区再开发、广告经营3个方面,分析日本民营铁路的铁路沿线房地产经营模式;从车站百货店/购物中心、商业街/小吃街、超市/便利店3个角度,分析车站配套商业经营模式;分析酒店业和观光休闲业的经营模式;从巴士业/出租车业、快递业/物流业方面,分析日本民营铁路的其他商业经营模式。针对日本民营铁路不同的商业经营模式,提出对我国铁路运输企业商业经营的启示。Through summarizes the operation status of large-scale private railway in Japan, taking the large-scale private railway company in Japan as example, this paper discusses its business operation modes. From 3 aspects of residential area/satellite city, commercial property/block re- development and advertising operation, the paper analyzes the real estate operation modes along private railway lines in Japan; analyzes the supported business operation modes in station from 3 angles of department store/shopping mall, business street/snack street and supermarket/convenient store in station; analyzes operation modes of hotel industry and sightseeing ＆ leisure industry; and analyzes other business operation modes of private railways in Japan from aspects of bus/taxi industry and express/logistics industry. Targeting with above different business operation modes, the paper puts forward the revelation on business operation of railway transport enterprises in China.
