摘 要:水平井钻井工艺是提高油气勘探开发单井产量最有效的手段之一,产量是直井的3至5倍,多年来,通过不断的技术攻关,已解决了在实际应用中的技术难点。洛带气田自九十年代开发以来,普遍单井产量低,衰减快,长期困扰着气田的增储上产建设,那么采取水平井钻井工艺就非常有必要。我们从水平井钻井完井液的角度通过钻井完井液润滑性研究、井眼净化研究研究等方面对洛带构造中浅层水平井钻井完井液技术进行了优化,形成了一套洛带气田中浅层水平井钻井完井液配方。Horizontal drilling technology is one of the most effective means to increase well production during exploration and development of oil and gas wells, whose production is 3-5 times the vertical well. Over the years, through continuous technological research, the technical difficulties in the practical application have been solved. Since Luodai gas field was developed in the 1990s, the well production was low, and the decay rate was fast, which affected Luodai gas field development. So it is very necessary to use the horizontal drilling process in Luodai gas field. Through study on drilling and completion fluid lubrication and hole cleaning, shallow horizontal drilling and completion fluid technology for Luodai structure was optimized to form shallow horizontal drilling and completion fluid formula.
