摘　　要：我国境内中小型水电工程项目占的比重较大,九成以上的项目都为中小型水电工程。本文从实践角度出发,剖析我国中小型水电工程EPC项目在执行过程中的潜在风险,经过系统化分析以后,针对风险问题提出几点有益的解决策略,以期为中小型水电工程项目建设的顺利推进带来启示。Medium and small hydropower projects account for larger proportion in China.More than 90%projects belongs to small and medium hydropower stations.In the paper,potential risks of small and medium hydropower project EPC works in the execution process are analyzed from the practical point of view.Several beneficial solution strategies are proposed aiming at risk problems after systematic analysis,thereby bringing enlightenment to the construction of small and medium hydropower project construction projects.
