摘　　要：二十一世纪以来,我国住宅产业快速发展,工业化住宅结构体系日趋成熟。提高住宅的工业化水平,促进住宅产业化和住宅现代化的发展,适应了当前绿色建筑的要求。本文介绍几种目前在我国应用较广泛、发展较完善的工业化住宅结构体系,并分析其优缺点及适用性。Since the 21st century, along with the rapid development of housing industry in China, industrialized residential structure system has matured. Improving the level of residential industrialization, and promotingthe development ofhousing industry andhousingmodernizationis to adapt the current green building requirements. This article describes severalindustrialization residential structure systems industrialization residential widely used at present and developing perfectin our country, and analyzes its strength and weakness and applicability.
