摘　　要：论述网络环境下医学高校图书馆整合性服务的内涵及其对服务理念、文献信息资源、人力资源的要求,总结整合性服务对整合图书馆传统服务与现代化服务、促进纸质资源与电子资源融合、促进文献信息资源的利用等方面的意义,提出实施整合性服务应注意的相关问题。The paper discusses the connotation of integrated service in medical college and university libraries under network environment,as well as its requirements for service concept,Uterature information resources and human resources,summarizes the significance of integrated service in th6 aspects of integrating the traditional library service and modern service,facilitating the integration of paper resources and electronic resources and promoting the utilization of literature information resources.At last it proposes the questions that should be noted in the implementation of integrated service.
